Title:

Observational Equivalence of Dialogues

Abstract:

I propose a formal semantics of dialogues based on the view that dialogues are processes of formation and revision of shared beliefs of the participants, and define an equivalence relation betwen dialogues, which I call observational equivalence, based on the semantics.
